In really cold weather, high-performance cold weather jackets are used. In the development of the Carinthia Softshell Jacket SpezKr attention was paid to achieve weather resistance at moderate temperatures and at the same time provide the appropriate freedom of movement. Protection against rapid cooling (windproof thanks to GORE Windstopper membrane) in combination with high breathability are the most important properties needed here. Even in light showers, high-quality softshell fabrics can easily keep the wearer dry, but are not a full replacement for rain jackets. In combination with base layers, the softshell multifunctional jacket is very versatile and allows activities in the range of +5°C due to the increased freedom of movement.

Hybrid jacket with long sleeves and G-LOFT® insulated as well as breathable back.
Outer material made of windproof Softshell with ePTFE membrane GORE 3-layer Softshell and WINDSTOPPER.
Back part with uncoated PA fabric quilted with 40 g G-LOFT® Si insulation fleece.
Fitted helmet-compatible hood, adjustable in 2 positions by means of cord stopper and cord.
Shoulder area reinforced with Keprotec (aramid fibers -> Kevlar fabric).
Waterproof full-length front zipper with underflap and chin guard.
Ventilation/penetration openings under the arm with splash-proof zipper in the side seam.
Two large, insulated side pockets with waterproof zipper.
Pre-curved sleeves.
sleeve cuffs with elastic cuffs.
Two upper arm patch pockets with waterproof zipper and Velcro for badge attachment.
Jacket hem adjustable for width with drawcord and cord stoppers.
Pack size: approx. 14 x 25 cm.
Weight: approx. 750 g (size M).
Made in Europe.
Note: The basic color of the jacket is based on the color RAL7013 stone gray olive, but turns out slightly lighter.
