The Savotta Keikka Duffelbag is designed for versatile use and daily use for work, sports and travel. It offers many different carrying options such as with the carry handles, shoulder strap, loading handles and attachment points for padded backpack straps. Velcro areas in the pockets provide modular expansion and better organization of the interior. The Keikka Dufflebags are made of 1000D Cordura fabric that meets military standards and are made for the toughest use.
The main compartment measures 25 x 25 x 45 cm and is accessible via a large zippered lid. There are Velcro areas on the inside of the lid compartment to attach organizational pockets. The main compartment has no other divisions except for two mesh pockets for smaller gear.
The outside side pocket measures 35 x 23 x 5 cm and is made to allow quick access to smaller gear and A4 documents . The back panel has two mesh pockets, a D-ring and two webbing pieces to attach valuables using dummy cord or buckles. The inside front pocket has large Velcro areas to attach additional pockets ect.
The outside of the dufflebag has two 10 x 15 cm Velcro areas to attach flat pockets, IDs and patches. The D-rings on the outside can of course also be used to attach other utensils.
The length of the carrying handles keeps the bag at an optimal carrying height with the best possible control. Loading handles are attached to both ends of the dufflebag to be able to grip the bag well when transporting it e.g. to the boat, car etc.... The steel D-rings on the outside can be used to fix the shoulder strap or also to install backpack shoulder straps (optional) so that the duffel bag can be carried comfortably on the back.
The various loops, Velcro areas and attachment points in and around the main compartment allow for customization and provide optimal organization using optional pockets. Thus, each Dufflebag can be configured quasi individually.
By replacing the foam in the lid and bottom, it is possible to customize the padding of the bag, e.g. to provide more padding when transporting highly sensitive camera equipment.
The Keikka series can also be worn as a backpack with the optional backpack shoulder straps (item 409246). Again, the back padding can be adjusted with the customizable foam inserts in the lid area. The carrying method will of course never be able to replace a real backpack, but larger loads can be moved quite comfortably through rough terrain as well as over stairs, ladders, etc.
