The Jääkäri L is large enough for multi-day hikes, but can be compressed to a compact daypack when needed. The PALS attachment system offers great outward scalability when you need it. Generously padded, thermo-molded shoulder straps and hip belts combined with an internal tubular aluminum frame allow you to carry heavy and bulky loads comfortably with the Jääkäri L.

A roll top closure, zipper bottom closure and cinch cord divider inside allow you to use the main backpack any way you want. Open the divider and the main bag transforms into a large, cavernous space. The bottom zipper provides quick access to the gear you need most during the day, while the roll top ensures weatherproof protection for most of your gear. A zippered pocket inside the lid provides secure storage for wallet, keys, travel documents and phone.

The roll-up closure, lay-open lid and side compression straps provide a wide range of adjustment for the volume of the backpack. Depending on your luggage, you can tighten or loosen the backpack. The compression straps allow you to attach more gear to the outside of the backpack if needed. A hydration bladder compartment is located on the inside back panel. A central hydration tube port allows the hydration bladder tube to be routed from the neck to either shoulder.
