Thanks to elements generously coated with Superluminova luminous material on the dial, the Atacama Quartz UTC is a reliable companion even at night or in unfavorable lighting conditions. To avoid annoying reflections, the robust stainless steel case and the rotating countdown bezel have a black PVD coating.
Two-colored hands - hour and second with Superluminova C3, minute in orange - ensure intuitive readability from any angle.
The Swiss quartz movement Ronda 515.24H works behind the screw-down case back of the Acatama Quartz UTC.
The advantages of this caliber include not only its high precision, with a deviation of only a few seconds per month, but also the GMT function with quick correction. There is also a date window at six o'clock.
The stainless steel case has a water resistance of 20ATM - guaranteed by a stable and high-density screw-in crown at the 12 o'clock position. The orange-colored indicator ring on the tube ensures correct closure at first glance and at all times!
