For operations where a lot or a little luggage needs to be stored and organized, the Falcon 4000 from Kelty Tactical offers 65.5 liters of storage space. Designed for military mountaineering, the Falcon's comfortable, infinitely adjustable carrying system is designed for carrying heavy loads over rough terrain. The ergonomic hip belt, shoulder straps and back are comfortably padded. The wide hip belt with the patented Scherer Cinch™ lashing system (US Pat #5,465,886) is completely removable. The integrated aluminum stays provide stiffness to the pack as well as good load transfer to the hip area. The large main compartment has an additional front opening in addition to top opening, which can be opened very wide thanks to the 2-way zipper. The Falcon also has two lid pockets - a permanently integrated low profile lid pocket, which can be stored in he small Velcro pocket when not in use, and a removable lid pocket, which can also be worn as a hip or shoulder bag

Front patch pocket with 2-way zipper, fleece-lined velcro pocket, 2 zippered pockets and organizer pockets.
Small bottom compartment with integrated reversible rain cover (Coyote/ White).
MOLLE on front, sides, lid and bottom.
2 compression straps on each side
1 cane/ice axe loop.
Velcro for ID patches.
Water drainage eyelets on bottom.
Volume: 65.5 liters (59.3 liters with low profile lid).
